Very helpful All Terrain Knee Walker

I recently fractured my foot and needed something more stable than crutches for getting around, especially since I have a sloped driveway. I decided on the All Terrain Knee Walker from Elenker. Ordering was simple on their website. It shipped out the next day but took about 6 days to arrive in New York. Unboxing it, I was a bit intimidated by the parts, but the assembly video on their site was super clear and I had it ready in about 20 minutes. The larger wheels really do make a difference on uneven surfaces, which was a huge relief. It feels very stable and the brakes work well. My only minor issue was adjusting the handlebar height; it took a few tries to get it just right, but once set, it stayed put. Overall, it's a solid piece of equipment and has made my recovery much more manageable.

Decent rollator, slow delivery

I ordered the Rollator Walker with Seat for my mother. The walker itself is quite sturdy and she finds the seat useful for short breaks. Assembly was manageable, though the instructions could be a little clearer. My main complaint is the shipping time; it took over 9 days to get here, which felt a bit long. For the price, it's a good value, but they could improve on getting orders out faster. Customer service was polite when I called about the delay, but couldn't speed things up.

Knee scooter was a lifesaver

So, I needed a knee scooter after my ankle surgery and found one here. The Steerable Knee Scooter arrived in about a week. It was pretty easy to put together, just a few bolts. Really helped me get around the house and even outside a bit. Felt good not to be stuck on crutches. Definitely made recovery easier.

Good upright walker

Bought the Upright Rollator Walker. It arrived fast, took 4 days to reach me in California. Assembly was straightforward. It works as expected. Happy with the purchase.

Thinking of ordering a knee scooter. How long does shipping usually take to, like, Los Angeles? Need it kinda fast for a recovery.

L Linda E. 1 week ago
My rollator got to me in San Diego in about 5 business days, so I'd guess LA would be similar. They're usually pretty quick within the US.

It was pretty standard shipping for me in Arizona, maybe a week? I'd say plan for 5-7 business days just to be safe, especially if you need it quickly.

Anyone know if Elenker has a first-time buyer discount? Just signed up for their newsletter but didn't see anything pop up right away.

S Sandra 2 weeks ago
They usually do! Check your email, sometimes it goes to spam. It's typically a percentage off your first order.

Yeah, I got one for 10% off when I signed up a few months ago. It should be in an email they send you pretty quickly after subscribing.

Is Elenker a legit brand or like, one of those random drop shippers? The prices seem decent but wanna make sure it's good quality.

They're legit. My physical therapist recommended them to me. I've had my knee scooter for months and it's holding up great.

Totally legit. I've had their heavy-duty rollator for over a year. No issues at all, feels solid. Definitely not some fly-by-night operation.

Hey, I'm looking at an Elenker rollator for my grandma. She's pretty short, like 5'1". Are their walkers usually adjustable enough for someone her height?

N Nancy Gomez 2 weeks ago
Yeah, I think most of them are. My mom is 5'3" and her Elenker upright one adjusted down perfectly for her. They usually have a good range.

They definitely focus on being adjustable. I saw a comment somewhere that they design them with different heights in mind so shorter and taller folks can use them comfortably. You should be good.

My dad's physical therapist mentioned Elenker but also Vive Health. Any thoughts on Elenker vs Vive for an upright walker? What's the main difference people see?

O Olivia Harris 1 month ago
I've heard Vive is good too, but Elenker seems to really specialize in the uprights for posture. My friend said her Elenker felt more stable than a Vive one she tried in a store.

I compared both for my mom. Elenker's upright models often have better reviews for actual comfort and ease of standing tall. Vive is fine, but Elenker felt a bit more purpose-built for that specific need, if that makes sense.
